New configuration options for file uploads

I've added a DisableResourceFolders option to disable /Image /File etc subfolders.

Also added ServerPath as it's own configuration option, which makes it easier to set, particularly on a case by case basis.

If anyone is interested in these additions, let me know I'll commit them to the source tree.

Thanks for the feedback cedric, freeman - sorry for the lack of response, been busy with other stuff.

Will get back onto this sometime in the next few days though, tidy it up, make sure it hasn't broken anything else(!), then commit.

Which of the connectors are you guys using?
