Multiple instances of FCKeditor

I'm creating a site that has a public section and a section that requires a login to view additional pages of the site (we'll call this section the Tenant section). In the admin section i need the ability to modify where the files that are uploaded through the fckeditor are placed. If admin users upload files to tenant pages i do not want them to be stored in the public UserFiles folder. Is it possible to specify the file folder for multiple instances of the editor or do they have to go into the same folder?

You could set up two connectors (being the second one a copy of the first but just changing the way that you set up the directories), and then configure each instance of the editor with one of the connectors.

I haven't tried it but it should work without too much work.
