Modify the template dialog

Hi

I have modifyed the template dialog ( http://www.plagg.nu/irc_add_pic.php the button top left). Now it shows a picture. When somone clicks the picture i would like to get the picture into the fckeditor how do i use the javascript functions to return some data to the fsckeditor?
