Mistakes in moz-bindings.xml file

I recently downloaded FCKeditor 2.2 and I think there are some mistakes in moz-bindings.xml
There are some special characters in "body" tag and there is also an error in "bindings" tag. See below.

Here are the messages:

* The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.

* cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'bindings'.

I dont't know. But it generates some erros in my project in Eclipse IDE.

So try to remove it. If everything works it isn't needed.
If something fails you put it back and try to fix the errors that your IDE show you.
