Make a link problem

Hi all,
I have problem when post a news with a link to file. Currently I'm using WPMU in local server. When I login using username admin, the link was successful and could be showed at blog. But when I login using another username, the link can't be displayed. I just see the title and the link I've been made was disappear. Anyone could help me ? Thank you in advance.
