Mac firefox not displaying toolbar at all?

Hi,

I've got a problem whereby a client can't see the fckeditor toolbars at all in Firefox - he's tried FF 1.5 and 2 with no success. I've got it working fine on my mac, but all he sees is a textarea with the source of the user-inputted text in it, and no toolbars at all.

What could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated.

That's the behavior when javascript is disabled in the browser.

Client definitely has Javascript enabled, he's using exactly the same version of FF (2) as me, same version of OS X (10.4.8) as me - really weird. I've got it working on my iBook, and an eMac, but the client's PowerBook G4 won't show fckeditor at all!

Any other ideas?
