MCPUK File Browser + Image Editing Capability

Dont know which project this is related to, but here's the errors:
-When uploading a file: Error, "Over disk quota, Unable to determine the size of a folder".
-When creating a dir: You have no permissions to create the folder".
/Userfiles/Image/ exists and is writeable by apache/php
