Link to Pages

I want to be able to add a method where people can link to other pages on the site.

One of the problems I have is all the current pages are stored in a database.

Is there anyway to pass a list of pages, and have them come up in the link manager?

I'm working on the php version of the editor.

Its quite a mess, and it doesnt actuallty list them from the site root, as all my pages are actually stored in the db.
