Link Editor generates an error

When I try to add a link using the 'Link' dialog I get a javascript error when I click the OK button:

Erorr: 'undefined' is null or not an object

Is this a known problem?

Is there a fix?

Before selecting the link icon, enter the text for the link name on the page, select the text and then click the link icon. Populate the details as required, this time when you click ok to save, it should work.
