Images for office2003 missing

The right click table operations (e.g. Insert Rows) are missing. Do they exist? does anyone have them?

I've simply copied the table-images from the default skin (skins/default/toolbar/button_table...)

It seems that the images don't work on Firefox anyway...

What is the solution?
