Imagemap editor for FCKEditor

Good day,

I have been trying to get the imagemap editor to work with FCKEditor installed within MediaWiki to no avail. I installed the ImageMap extension at http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ImageMap and downloaded the FCKEditor and the imagemap code from here. The imagemap code is 1.0.8 and FCKEditor is the nightly that is linked from the MediaWiki site. I have followed the instructions at http://martinezdelizarrondo.com/fckplug ... stall.html but try as I might, I am unable to get the map to be inserted into the FCKEditor once the imagemap editor is done.

The imagemap editor works beautifully, very easy to use but after I click OK, it closes the dialog box and there is nothing in the edit box. Is there a specific version of either plugin that I need to use rather than the most recent version?
