Update 18-4-2007: Thierry Bothorel packed his extensions + fixes and included changes by Alan Pinstein and me, including constrain to configuarable size on upload via the manager. You can read all about it at http://www.thierryb.net/site/Update-to- ... nager.html. To this I've added the ability to specify multiple width and height sets that can be selected when uploading. Everything is packed and can be downloaded at http://www.saulmade.nl/FCKeditor/FCKPlugins.php.
