Image Upload Capture image path

We are running on a virtual web server farm I need to capture the Image after it has been uploaded to the server and send the image to a different server and in the return call the path of the image in the new url http://www.imageurl.com/imagename.jpg. I am using FCK Editor for the first time but this editor seems real advanced. So I am assuming that this can be done either in javascript or server side code(ASP.NET)
