This is like going to the PC shop and start complaining because the screens doesn't include the instructions about how to install an OS on that "PC".
FCKeditor is just an HTML editor, and that SnipperMaster that you point out is a CMS (and one of its parts is another HTML editor, TInyMCE), so they are different elements. It's clear that you will have trouble installing FCKeditor if you want to have the same functionality that a full CMS.
