Hello,
I am running 2.3b, and the editor works fine except in IE over SSL. It always says, "Do you want to display nonsecure items?". The only reference to this issue I have seen was back in 2005, and it seems like it was fixed. Perhaps this problem cropped up again in this latest beta?
Thanks,
Luke

RE: IE nonsecure items
I don't think IE has any feature for what we need to troubleshoot so use Firefox for this: When you're at the editor page, go to Tools | Page Info and it will show you the source location of all elements on the page (as well as broken/unsecured ones). This will help you determine where the unsecured item is coming from.
RE: IE nonsecure items
I'm encountering this problem as well. Checked Firfox Page Info and all items appear to be coming from the same secure domain. I do not see any references to unsecure http:// protocol.
