I want paragraphs, I get breaks... any idea?

Hi all,

I have just been playing around with FCKeditor (JS) for a few minutes. I am using it under Firefox 1.0 on MacOS X.

What do I have to enter to get code like this:

<p>Par 1.</p>
<p>Par 2.</p>

When I write "Par 1. ENTER ENTER Par 2."

I get

"Par 1.<br/><br/>Par 2.<br type="_moz"/>"

Any ideas?

on the new line of text... just apply normal formatting... this will enclose the text within the p tags

In the fckconfig.js you have FCK.UserBROnCarrriageReturnn which you can put false or True

I just tried it and it works. Thanks!

In IE 6 on Windows, however, I do not have to apply any formatting to get the same effect. Why is that?

It does not work for me in Firefox 1.5.0.7 and FCK Version 2.3.1. In the fckconfig.js is also the comment "IE only".

Is there a way for FF 1.5 also?
