I need to give my own innerHTML to the anchor.

Example:

Default : <a name="Anchor">Anchor</a>

My Requirement : <span onmouseover="Some_Javascript_Function" class="Some_CSS_Class">'Text i selected in Editor'</span>

My need is to give tooltip for the selected text in editor. That should reflect in my page while i see in browser.

In fck_anchor.html file i tried to change the settings. But not worked out
Kindly help to do this.
