How to set the 'image' path to 'Image' path?

In previous 2.2 versions it would create folders and save my files in 'UserFiles/Images' folder. Now they are getting saved and no matter what I have tried to "UserFiles/images'.

so it basically creates folders name images,files, flash, and media with the first letter a small caps.

How can I tell it to access the folders with the first letter capital?

I can set in the config.php files the root path to those folders but how do I tell it the folder to which each go? And more important I need the browser to be able to find it.

By the way I am using the 'php' option.

I was able to get program to Uploaded it to the path 'UserFiles/Images' i am now working on getting the Browser to look at files in that path. It is still looking in the 'UserFiles/images'

What I can figure out is why the old version works well and the new one doesn't? They are both on the same server just different folder locations.
