How to resize a plugin icon in editor toolbar

Hi,

I am trying to customise the placeholder plugin image. Instead of the existing [P] I am trying to use [Placeholder].
But only 1st 3 letters are displaying.

Please suggest me what to change so as to get the desired effect.
