How to make changes to fckeditor?

Hi everyone,

Im at a total loss here. Can anyone tell me which/where file I should be changing in order to let e fckeditor's UsersFilePath to accept a path like this > "http://111.222.333.444/Content/ID/" instead of the current "/Content/ID".
