How to make Content Read Only???

Hi All
I am using fckeditor to allow my user formatting their own input before submitting to the server. However, after submit they are no more allowed to edit their content unless they press edit button...
Till there, everything sound good. But I just realize there is no such function in FCKeditor... Or am i missing something?
How to set the component to read only back and forth?
Any Help will be very appreciated!

The simple way to do this is to replace the editor with a "preview" DIV.
