How limit the size of the image file while uploading?

Help needed.I am not able to make out how to limit the size of the image to be uploaded. i want to restrict uploading large files.

This is a setting of your Apache and NOT the Editor.

image size limit is not a problem

Client side you can use e.g. SMMultiUpload:
For example: Typepress (WCMS)

Server side you can use SMImage or SMExplorer:
For example: Typepress (WCMS)

OR you can write a own PHP upload script with file size check.
