How do I insert text at the cursor's position?

I am using asp.net. Here I have two question:

1) I used the asp.net image uploader to upload images, and I wish to place the uploaded images at the position of present cursor, what should I do?

2) I would like to implement a tool, that is, in my application, user can post reviews to some shops, and with editor, there would be a function, user can choose the reviews, and the function will insert the reviews into editor, it will include some shop pictures, reviews, and introduction of the shop. I would like to make the set of information ONLY displayed, user can not change information, that user can only delete it or move it. Is it possible to do so? Can anyone give me some advice?

Check the docs - there's a section on the Javascript API that does just this.

A hyperlink is a word, group of words or an image, which you can click on to jump to a new word document or just a new section within a current document. You can interact Microsoft word documents by including hyperlinks within the word documents.
