How to call plugin.js functions in external js files ?

I have done a similar sort of work in a http://www.intercloud9.com , project of mine, but it was a difficult task. You ave to be very much proficient in the javascript. Similarly, also have worked in ajax. Please tell me your expertise level, so that I could guide you in an appropriate way.

I did run into an issue though using your exact word for word plugin . I also have the callback function which is adding all the css and js .
