Get the Showblocks property always active ?

Hi all,

I'd like to know if there's a way to keep the Showblocks property always active
in the editor.
I mean the Showblocks property is already activate (and visible) as soon as
you come in the editor. It also must remains active whatever you doing in
the editor (editing paragraphes, tables etc...).
Is there a way to reach that behaviour ?
