Forcing PasteFromWord

I want to clean the input from clipboard when I call the 'Paste' command without using 'PasteWord'.

I want no popup that ask me to paste the contents from Word. I want just to click on 'Paste' (or press Ctrl+V) and FCKeditor to paste the contents of the Clipboard by removing the MS Word unwanted tags or attributes.

Does anybody know what to change in order to have this running?

I would love to achive the same as the above requests since the women on my office (the ones that are gonne use the editor the most, got nothing against woman ) are not that smart.
