Font's are smaller

Hello,
I'm using IE8. The Fonts in the editor window are smaller than the same style in adjoining elements? Has anyone else seen this or found a workaround?

Answered my own question. The fonts are in px by default. I set the fontsizes to "8pt,10pt,12pt" and all is well.

I think px not pt.
I used em ex: 1.5em
