Float palette

Is it possible to completly detach the toolbar of the edit area for example to have one toolbar in the top of the screen for many DIV in many places in the screen.

you mean have one toolbar controlling many fckeditor instances?

what do you mean by "div" ? fckeditor is usually used to control textareas - not arbitrary elements.

personally, I don't know. I suspect it is not possible with the code as-is, but will leave that to other more knowledgeable people. I'm just replying here to try clarify your question.

Yes I mean textareas. I want juste one toolbar, maybe in a DIV we can drag and controlling many textareas.

The answer is yes. See the FCKeditor/_samples/html/sample10.html file from the FCK package.
