FCP bug or my fault?

This is part of my guestbook-script, and more precisely of the preview page that collects the results of the input fields and passes those on to 1. a table to display what has been typed in and 2. a hidden form to pass the results on to the database.

Whenever I use text-color or smilies (I use a very simple fckeditor-toolbar-setup, only links, colors and smilies are allowed), I see that the values are not escaped right, but you'll see this on the above screenshot... And you'll understand that this is causing major problems in my script. Is this a bug or is it just me using the fckeditor in a wrong way??
