FCKeditor.Packager 2.2 is released

A new version of the FCKeditor.Packager has just being released. It is now compatible with FCKeditor 2.2 and have some few enhancements.

Fred, in CVS you have a "old" version of:
editor\_source\globals\fckeditorapi.js
line 35 which still states
FCKeditorAPI.Version = '2.1 PR' ;
The distributed package is OK. It's just about the CVS version.
