FCKeditor showing real web page

Hey i was wondering if anyone has ran into this issue before?

I just got done transferring my website over to my new web server, but now that i try to use the fckeditor which is a main piece of the admin system it shows the actual web page and not the editable html part.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is what the FCKeditor is showing instead of the editable part.

Right below the "Enter the description of the event here. It should be editable information, but it isn't showing the editable info or the zen toolbar either.

Using mod-rewrite on the front-end of your website?

Search folder: /fckeditor/editor/

Add htaccess file:
RewriteEngine off

Well, i added the .htaccess file to that editor folder and added the rewrite engine off and it still didn't fix the issue.

I even tried to upgrade php to 5.3.2 and it didn't fix it either. Currently im running php 5.2.13.

MUHAHAHAHHAHAA OOOPZ when i created the .htaccess file it just created a .txt file oopz. That won't work haha once i actually got it changed to asci it worked.
