FCKeditor, javascript, can I use JSP file browser and upload

I have a servlet site, no JSP. I have implemented FCKeditor 2.5.1, using javascript. Very nice - I'm impressed - much better than Asbru (which I paid $50.00 for). I'd really like to get the image and link browser and upload working. I have been all over the forums and google. I found several posts regarding using the JSP implementation, but I'm not clear if this applies to a javascript (no JSP) implementation. I have tried http://wiki.fckeditor.net/Developer%27s_Guide/Integration/Java and found (abd tried) several posts to fix problems with the above - not working yet.

Has anyone successfully implemented java file browse and upload into a non-JSP site that uses javascript to implement FCKeditor? If so, any insight would be appreciated. A .zip file of a web app that has done this may lend insight as to how it's set up.
