FCKeditor help

Hello Freinds,
Myself Abhijit from kolkata.I am using FCKeditor in my collage project.But still failed to do. Could u please help me? I have used code like

<FCK:editor instanceName="content" basePath="FCKeditor/" height="300">
</FCK:editor>

But fail to instantiate.send me names of all .jar and .tld required and code to instantiate.
I need your help badly.please ..
