FCKeditor custom EditorAreaCSS for each editor?

Just wondering if there is any easy way to specify a different EditorAreaCSS for each instance of the fck editor?
I want to be able to modify the styles for a simple template system.

Also, can you set this after the editor has loaded? and update the editor? That way I could have a drop down of template and the editor updates accordingly.
