FCKeditor based scripts

Excuse me for offtopic, but i find this editos as very useful and very good solution for peoples who
likes publish texts from MS Word. But anybody can tell me, what Articles or News publishing scripts
used FCKeditor in their interfaces? (Not fullsize CMS). Best regards, and thank you for the time and may be help:)
