FCKeditor and MS Word compatibility

I think one of the most important things is to make possibility to paste text from MS Word and have ability fully edit it , if something happens wrong. I am not a programmer and I don't want to deep into text source, just press "enter", "delete", etc. Sometimes I see different things before and after uploading text to my site. I.e I paste from Word, press enter in order to separate text. After uploading to server, I see this text united into one piece.
