I am having issues with FCKEditor appearing when creating content (e.g. blog, page). This is the first time I installed FCKEditor.
I am running on Drupal 6 and have the WYSIWYG API installed. I also installed FCKeditor 2.6.6 under:
/sites/all/libraries/fckeditor
I confirmed that under the WYSIWYG API module, FCKEditor is showing as installed with the green check mark. I also made sure that the WYSIWYG API is enabled. Additionally, I selected FCKEditor for both Filtered and Full HTML. Under Input Formats > Lists > I made the default as Full HTML just to test out FCKEditor.. and still to no avail! I also confirmed.. and made all authenticated users have permissions to everything.
The FCKEditor documentation (http://docs.cksource.com/FCKeditor_2.x/ ... stallation) stated that you could test the installation by viewing the test sample page.
For example: http://yoursite/FCKeditor installation path/_samples/default.html
For me it would be.. http:// my site/drupal/sites/all/libraries/fckeditor/_samples/default.html
I was actually able to view the page and confirmed that I can see the WYSIWYG there.. but there must be some sort of disconnect.. or I might still be missing something.
Any help would be appreciated.
