FCKeditor 2.6.3 .net with mono

I upgrade FCKeditor on my server, that uses mod-mono, from mono-project. I did't add any Ajax or other addons. All worked with 2.5 version.

Now the situation is, that fckeditor is not show, while on server. When i was testind in winsows with VS 2008 all worked fine. Where can ia search for problems? What could be wrong?
