FCKEditor Tool Bar

I added a custom tool bar in the config file and made added the reference to it in my ASPX page, however, when running the application I get an error which says the Tool Bar doesn't exist. Also if I change the default or the basic tool bars, the changes to not reflect on the page when the application is run. However, if I change a reference to either default or default, the relevant toolbars do appear. I'm baffled.
