We've bought an online support from the FCKEditor site. But every time we try sending our queries to the support id, we get a connection timed out mailer daemon, saying it could not initiate an SMTP conversation or so.
Is anybody aware of any inconvinience with regards to support of FCK?? In case anybody has faced it, kindly reply so as to how can i make an effecive conversation with the FCK guys.
