FCK editor and Coldfusion sub pages

Fairly new to FCK editor...making some changes for my school...I want to give my users access to be able to do subpages, which I've accomplished already. I just want to make it easier to link those subpages. When I say sub pages, I mean they click a link in an article that links to a page within the article within the database.

Here's what I want to do...
1. Change the link url page to have a dynamic drop downlist that would populate with the correct urls, which I think I can do this with a regular coldfusion. Where is this page and is this possible?

2. When a page is selected from the dynamic drop down menu, fill in the url box on that page with the drop down menu value. Any help on this one would be helpful also?
