FCK Editor as a bookmarklet?

I'm hoping to use FCK editor for administrating some of our intranet content at Save the Children (www.savethechildren.org). In our site, there is a page we can enter information as HTML in a textarea. I'd like to allow non-developers to edit that text area with FCK. Unfortunately I have no control over the underlying HTML or scripts.

My hope is to send the administrators a bookmarklet they can use to initialize FCKeditor for that page. The bookmarklet would pull the FCKeditor files from a different directory on the same domain.

Is that possible?
