Extending Toolbar....

Hey everyone,

Fairly new in the FCKEditor world. Read through the documentation, and not entirely sure if I can do what is needed to be done. Two things:

1. Can the 'Remove Styles Definition' tick box be removed from the interface when doing a Paste From Word?
2. Is it possible to create/extend a tooltip when hovering over a particular icon in the interface? In particular, I'm looking at modifying the information displayed to an end user when hovering over the 'Paste From Text' icon.

I appreciate any help!!

Just to clarify and maybe make you choose a better option. If you are new to our WYSIWYG editor, does it really make sense to choose an older, no longer supported version (FCKeditor 2.x) instead of the newer and much better one, CKEditor 3.x? I could understand that if you were tied to FCKeditor due to some external dependencies, but if you are starting only now, IMHO CKEditor seems to be a way to go.

It is of course possible that you just used the older, well-known name to refer to CKEditor, so I just wanted to clarify this.

Thanks for your reply Anna. Yes, unfortunately, I am stuck with FCKEditor, as it is what we use internally. There are no plans to move up to CKEditor as of yet.

I should probably also mention that we are using the Oracle UCM (Site Studio) version of FCKEditor as part of the 10gR4 version.

I am facing the same issue in CKEditor 4.4 please pass alll the code fix that you applied ASAP.
