I've installed a portal system which uses this great editor but as my message database is using Arabic-windows (1256) encoding, I've problem using FCKeditor. I've tried adding the and replacing the utf-8 with it in the files located in the root directory of "Fckeditor\editor" like fckblank.html, fckdialog.html, but it is not working with Arabic(windows) yet and shows it incorrectly Let's say I can easily post a message using it, but when I try to edit the message it is unreadable and when I check the source it became something like this:

ÂÒãÇíÔ

Which should have been:

سلام

Please let me know if I can do anything to make it use my encoding or prevent it from changing my message to that unreadable code.
