Deletion of custom tag.

Hi,

I made a custom button on FCKEditor Toolbar through which i insert,

Footnote on FCKEditor area.

And

Footnote<ce:footnote><footnotetype value="http://www.google.com"></footnotetype></ce:footnote> on FCKEditor source area.

Now i want to delete this custom tag without going to source.

Please help me.
