Cursor not blinking by default in the text area

I saw the fckeditor samples on localhost http://localhost/fckeditor/_samples/default.html. but by default cursor is not blinking in the text area. If the user clicks in text area then cursor starts blinking.
But my requirement is that cursor should blink in the text area even if user doe not click in text area. How can I make it possible?
