Create a shared folder in filebrowser

hi,

I like the feature in the filebrowser where you can set up 'private' folders for a user. But I was wondering if it is possible to add a custom (shared) folder in wich the users can put files that should be accessible by all users. I looked into the php files, but I can't seem to find where the folders that are used are defined. Any leads on this?
