Copy HTML of URL

I have a system running newsletter. Except that the customer wants an option to send a page in the body of the message.

Example: He wants a button he enter the URL and the content of the same appears in the body of the message.

Anyone know if you are doing the PHP or FCKEDITOR read a link and get the html of the same?
