Clean code

Hi...

I use FCK for friend's website.
And has no knowledge in html.

Sometimes, i see the code and i found this :

<p><strong>HEEE</strong><strong>EEELO</strong></p>

it's not possible to execute a clean fonction for have this ?

<p><strong>HEEEEEELO</strong></p>
