Changing the fckeditor textarea.

Hey all,

This is my first post, very much a newbie.

Is there a way to configure my textarea with my style.css in my themes folder for drupal? I am getting text center justified and would like to keep everything in the themes folder if possible. The centering issue is with IE7 and FF3, but it works fine in Safari 3.
